Pick Up Options
We have easy and convenient topsoil pickup available at 1200 Rock Road, Mansfield, OH 44903. Upon arriving, you will see Petty Farms’ white building to the left hand side of the driveway. Our office staff will be there to assist you Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm.
Special topsoil pickup hours can be arranged if needed. Contact us to make arrangements.
Equipment is on site to load your truck or trailer. We can load as small as 1/2 yard of screened topsoil up to semi loads.
Delivery Options
Petty Farms also offers topsoil delivery. We have various size trucks to provide small deliveries up to semi loads. Delivery fee varies per screened topsoil load size and delivery distance. Minimum delivery amount of $75. Delivery Fee: 5 tons or less:$75, 6 – 25 tons: $100
We can simply dump the topsoil on site as requested or we can spread the topsoil on the desired area.
Petty Farms also provides lawncare services along with the screened topsoil sales. Our trained technicians can place the screened topsoil, apply the grass seed and straw. We can complete the entire job for you and save you the hassle of moving the soil and installing your lawn.
